HVAC project engineer

Job description

Exilab designs and builds laboratories, cleanrooms and related technically complex projects, mainly in the Benelux. Both the buildings and the related technical installations and equipment can be designed by our architects and engineers. Exilab is an engineering office specialised in consultancy, engineering and construction management.

• Coordinating the works to be carried out and the general organisation of the site
• Organising and leading worksite meetings and coordination meetings
• Consolidating and integrating the contractors’ execution plans into the project planning
• Managing the contractors in a planning-oriented way
• Supervising the correct valuation of the monthly financial project results of the contractors and reporting to the project manager

Who you are

• You have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience in managing industrial projects.
• You are skilled in planning software (MS Project)
• You have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• You have a strong character and know how to command respect from contractors
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French and English
• You are prepared to travel abroad on various projects and for different clients
